Actively and affordably market your real estate listings and vacation rentals to clients worldwide with a comprehensive virtual tour. Your out of area buyers will be able to take a tour of your property with only the click of a mouse from the comfort of their own living room. These state of the art tours are comprised of High Resolution photographic images which are flawlessly blended together to create a seamless 360 virtual image.

Unlike other brands, RTV tours are specifically formatted to the photographer's camera/lens combination. This program customization provides for a life-like view of the interior and exterior of the property without the "fisheye" or "flat" results that are often found with other brands. There is no color or view distortion and the entire image remains crisp, clear and precise.

Many extended features such as: directional hot spots, google maps, satellite, hit tracking, mortgage information and slide show are included at no extra cost. Both Branded and Non-Branded tours are available. Copies of the tour will be provided on disc or via download.

FULL SCREEN HD TOUR STARTING PRICES:

Basic: $289 - Up to 3 spins plus up to 20 still photos

Standard: $379 - Up to 5 spins plus up to 30 still photos

Deluxe: $425 - Up to 6 spins plus up to 40 still photos

* Additional Spins = $50/each

***Prices listed above are basic starting points and may vary due to specific circumstances of each photo shoot and actual size of property (i.e. if extra staging is required or shoot time needed is above average). Homes larger than 3,000 sq ft will be assessed an additional fee based on the size of the home and property due to lengthy shoot and processing times required.

STILL HDR PHOTOGRAPHY- 24 - 48 hour turn around & electronic delivery during normal business days.

Still Photography packages provide edited High Resolution images optimized for reproduction and also images formatted for the MLS. MLS images will be emailed to you and High Resolution images will be provided on a disc. Turn-around time is between 24-48 hours from the time of your appointment.

Basic Package (small condos/ cottages) = $159 (up to 20 photos)

Standard Package (lg condo/ small single family residence) = $195 (30 photos)

Standard Plus Package (Large SFR Ohana) = $225 (up to 35 photos)

Deluxe Package (large, high end estate 2,500 sq ft ) = $279 (up to 45 photos)

***Rates above are basic starting points and may vary depending on location, property size or circumstances/length of time required for the shoot . These prices are reflective of photography costs only.

***** Extra charges will apply if property is not in suitable condition for the shoot upon arrival and requires clean up by photographer. This includes basic clean-up (dusting, windex, removal of excess books, magazines, etc.), extra staging, furniture repositioning, etc. and will result in extra hourly charges at the rate of $100/hour minimum. Photographer is not responsible for lifting, carrying or moving heavy items, removing dirty linens/laundry and/or various used bath/shower products.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

Appointments can be made 7 days/week and both day and evening shoots are available. If your listings include multiple sites/days, please inquire about possible discounted rates. Please call (808) 214-6252 to discuss additional servicing options and pricing if your needs aren't captured in the pricing plans listed above.

Referral discounts are available. 10% dill be deducted from your next booking for each referral you give which results in a new client appointment that is scheduled.

Payment must be received before the rights to images are released. Payment may be made via cash, check or PayPal (3% fee for PayPal).

Payment is due at time of services or upon receipt of invoice.

A 15% additional charge will be applied to the invoice total if invoice goes beyond 15 days past due.

***Please Note: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $75.00. If the property is not in suitable condition to shoot upon arrival, additional fees will apply.***

NOTE: All photos captured during the shoot are the Intellectual Property of the photographer. Your purchase of photography services is a license-for-use in marketing a property for sale or for rent, unless otherwise agreed upon. This license gives you permission to use those photos only for the term of your listing/rental management agreement with the owner of the property, or until the property sells, whichever comes first. Marketing of this property includes internet marketing, real estate magazines, newspaper ads, brochures and any other means you will be using to market the sale or rental of this property. Use of these photos also includes promoting your marketing style to prospective clients.

Transfer of these photos to a third party (the owner or buyer of this property or another party) by you is not permitted. If the owner, buyer or another party is interested in obtaining a copy of these photos please refer them to me directly and I will happily make arrangements to supply them with copies of the photographs for limited use.
