STILL & AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES 

• Still Photography packages provide High Resolution images  of the interior/exterior of the property.  Prices vary to include a single visit or multiple visits to the property and include an Image License Agreement granting the client rights to use the images for a specific purpose and length of time. 
• Some properties may incur a separate travel fee based on location.  
• Prices quoted reflect that the property will be in shoot ready condition upon photographer's arrival.  Photographer does not provide cleaning services or property staging.
• All images produced are optimized for print and electronic reproduction and will be provided electronically within 2 business days of the date of the shoot unless otherwise stated.  
• Requests for rush processing may be accommodated, but extra charges will apply.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All photos captured during the shoot are considered to be the Intellectual Property of the photographer for the life of the creative image. Your purchase of Architectural Photography services is a "license-for-use" agreement for use of these images in the marketing a property for sale or for rent, unless otherwise agreed upon in your contract.

This usage license gives the licensee permission to use the licensed images for the life of the real estate listing agreement or management agreement (ie: if the client is a Vacation Management Company). Marketing of this property may include internet marketing, real estate magazines, newspaper ads, brochures and any other means you will be using to market the sale or rental of this property. Use of these photos also includes promoting your own marketing style to prospective clients on your personal website or instagram. 

License types available for purchase include:

• Single Use License: Non-exclusive image use granting one licensee use for one purpose and is non-transferrable.  Photographer retains ownership of the images.
• Extended Use License: Non-exclusive image use granting one license for multiple purposes for one licensee and in non-transferrable.  Photographer owns the images.
• Exclusive License: Grants sole use and ownership of the images to the licensee.  Non-transferrable.

A soft copy property specific Useage License will be included with each processed order issuing a detailed license to the payee for use of specific images in the marketing of the sale or rental of a property.  If these images are used in violation of this provided Copyright License penalties in accordance to Federal Copyright Law will be due and payable.

Transfer of said photographs to a third party not specifically named in your Contract or Useage License (ie: the owner or buyer of this property, another real estate agent, management company, developer, designer or any other 3rd party) by the licensee is NOT permitted for any reason and may consititute a copyright violation as outlined above. 

All rates are subject to 4.85% UT Tax.

Cancellations made within 72 hours (unless otherwise noted) of the time/date of the photo shoot for any reason other than unforseen weather which prevents a photo shoot will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $100.00 per cancelled property.

Payment must be received before the Rights to use images or the digital files themselves are released.  Payment can be made via cash, check, Venmo or PayPal at the time of services or immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
